Youth With A Mission has been present in Montreal since 1986. It is in the heart of the city, in a trendy and influential neighbourhood and facing the realities and challenges of today’s society that we wanted to follow Jesus and live out our faith. If we can summarize the teaching of Jesus in a single phrase, “initiating love” might well express it. It’s the motivation that has sustained us over the last thirty plus years and by which we’ve created and accomplished many projects.

Our philosophy of ministry is based on the principle of incarnation. We seek to live, interpret and express the Christian faith in this secular and post-Christian city and society in fields as varied as arts and culture, social justice, interreligious dialogue and more. Being a small team, we seek to serve most times in collaboration with other organizations and churches.
